Sarah creates simple, honest devotionals and reflections that meet people in everyday life. These resources offer space to pause, ask questions, and engage with faith in a way that feels real and accessible—supporting the journey without pressure.

Table Experiences

These are intentional, hosted spaces where people gather around a table for real conversation, shared stories, and connection. No pressure, no scripts—just space to be human, ask questions, and explore faith together.

Speaking & Workshops

Sarah leads engaging, honest conversations around faith, identity, and what it means to live it out in the real world. Whether it’s a keynote, sermon, workshop, or intimate group setting, Sarah creates space for people to think, reflect, and connect.

Residency Experience

For a set period (typically a week or a long weekend), Sarah becomes part of the rhythm of your church. Not as a guest passing through… but as a presence within your community. Together, we create space for learning, reflection, honest dialogue, and connection.

Hi! My name is Sarah.

I’m an inclusive faith leader, musician, and speaker.

I help people reconnect with faith, community, and themselves through honest conversation, music, and shared experiences—without shame, filters, or forced answers.

I created Salty Table Ministries for the people who have ever felt like they didn’t quite fit in the spaces that were supposed to feel like home.

The ones who have questions.
The ones who have been hurt.
The ones who still feel drawn to something deeper, but aren’t interested in pretending.

I know what it feels like to love faith and wrestle with it at the same time.

That tension isn’t something to fix—it’s something to explore. And I believe some of the most meaningful growth happens when we’re given the space to be honest about it.

That’s why everything I do is centered around creating environments where people can show up as they are. Whether I’m speaking, leading music, or gathering people around a table, my goal is the same: to create space for real connection—with God, with others, and with yourself.

I don’t believe faith should feel performative or exclusive. I believe it should feel lived-in, accessible, and deeply human.

So if you’re looking for a space where you can ask questions, have real conversations, and experience faith in a way that actually feels like yours…

You’re in the right place. Pull up a chair.
